WELCOME TO JUMP PRESCHOOL OF THE ARTS VPK PROGRAM!

What is VPK?

Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) is a legislatively mandated program designed to prepare every 4 year old in Florida for kindergarten and build the foundation for their educational success.

The VPK program gives each child an opportunity to perform better in school and throughout life.

Is my child eligible?

Your child is eligible if your child is 4 years old by September 1st of the school year he/she is being enrolled for.

What is the cost?

The State Department of Education pays for your child to attend and is FREE for you.

There is an additional cost for extended care not included in the VPK program. Please contact us for additional information or should you have any questions.

2010-2011 VPK - FULL DAY & HALF DAY PROGRAMS:

VPK now has an optional Arts Program on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons which will include classes in Hip Hop/Jazz, Musical Theatre, Acro and Art Expression.

We offer a kid friendly, creative based, hands on curriculum. We have organized a schedule consisting of weekly topics, daily learning centers, developmentally appropriate teacher directed activities, art, music, creative movement class, creative play, story time and of course FUN!
